POLICY
We strive to provide our customers with the best product and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day replacement or refund (counting from the date you receive your product) policy to ensure your peace of mind. With no questions asked.
REFUND POLICY
Should you feel that sprout-me jar is not living up to your expectation, you may email us at teamsupport@tiaraholdings.com, or send us a whatsapp message on 86556 28397, within 7 days of receipt of the product and as a policy we will fully refund the cost of your purchase less the return shipping charge to our Mumbai office. You may courier the product back to our office (address below), or we can arrange a return pickup but the courier delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.
The cost of couriering the product back to our office, or the reverse pickup is borne by you. we do not deduct any other fees.
Refund will be made from our side to your original mode of payment, within 48 hours of us picking up the product and original packaging back from you less return shipping cost. Or in full for a product couriered back by you to our office.
EXCHANGE / REPLACEMENT POLICY
Replacements are only eligible for items received within 7 days and are defective due to manufacturing, transport or damaged when received by you. We do not offer replacement of jars that are dropped accidentally by you or if cracked due to boiling water being poured in the jar, as it is common knowledge that boiling water should not be put in glass jars for this reason.
To replace your item, please send us an email at teamsupport@tiaraholdings.com or a whatsapp message on 86556 28397, within7 days of product delivery. And we will immediately send you replacement free of cost and make it right! Provided the damaged jar is returned to us through reverse pickup organised by us. All costs for re-sending a replacement item and picking up the defective piece is borne by us. You as a customer do not pay for transport or any incidental costs in case of a replacement.
Eligibility:
The 7-day replacement policy is applicable from the date of delivery.
The jar is broken in delivery.
The lid is not attaching properly to the jar.
Replacement Timeframes:
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on
your location and the shipping method used. We will make every effort to
process your exchange and send out the replacement item as quickly as possible, normally you will receive your replacement within 5 days of contacting us.
